The property feels dated and not well cared for. After our first night at the hotel, we were walking to our car and saw 2 windows from 2 different rooms broken out and our car was covered in glass. When we told the desk clerk, she seemed unconcerned. During our stay, the glass was never cleaned off the sidewalk and it didn't seem like any attempt was made to cover the broken windows. On the last night of our stay, there was a creaking/scraping noise from something loose on the outside of the building. There just seemed to be a lack of care to the whole establishment. Some positives were that the bed was comfortable, the room was large, the pool area was large and well cared for, as was the breakfast area.

The first room was not made up at all. Apologies should have been the first thing out of the front desk clerks mouth, not the last thing.
The food for Saturday morning's hot breakfast wasnt very good: flat, overcooked egg pancakes with overcooked sausage at the beginning of serving time.
Wild children down the hall screaming and slamming doors until 1am.
Made for a less than anticiated weekend away.
Im normally not very picky but room, food and noise are kind of a priority.

Breakfast met our needs. Attached restaurant for lunch and dinner. Short drive to the train station. Offer parking and shuttle to the airport.

Our room was consistently overheating, even with the air conditioning on, with outdoor temperatures in the 20’s, we could not get the inside temperature below 75 degrees. Also, the in room refrigerator froze everything we had in there, apparently the temp selection dial was not functioning.

Very comfortable stay. Room was cozy and warm, great bedding and plush towels. Parking very close to room, plenty of lighting in hallways and nice restaurant attached.

Room was very hot (77 degrees F) and unable to regulate except by turning heat all the way off
Other than that, my stay was very good

Room was clean, very convenient on the first floor since we had a dog. Needs some updating and parking lot had garbage all over. We weren’t told about the breakfast. It would have been nice to know.

Bathroom has some kind red juice sprayed all over side wall and ceiling. Neighbors were obnoxiously loud. Walls must be thin. Beds were not overly comfy and the pillows were half sized and super smooshy. Overall an ok ? place but def not a repeat location for us.
